We loved the location and staff in this hotel. We got a room with bathtubs. The venue was located close enough to Madison Square Garden, hill, two subway lines.

Good value, I had a magnificent stay. An extremely convenient hotel in the fab location with smart staff. Magnificent unit. Loved a luxury bathroom. Immaculately clean venue and efficient service.
Facilities were very nice, but Wi-Fi was bad.

it was a warm stay and i would stay here again. top location, enjoyed the in-house restaurant. the staff - genuinely friendly and was always available with the requests. the american breakfast i ordered was gorgeous. efficient check-in and top-notch customer service.

The staff are informative, rooms are compact and incredibly comfortable, location is wonderful. Particularly good view of city. Lots of food for breakfast including bacon and eggs.

This SPECIAL hotel was exceptionally clean. We loved the French cuisine in the restaurant. Facilities were basic too. Actually everything was fine, you're dope!

Fabulous experience and good value. The check-in was very quick, we really enjoyed tapas bar. We got a practical room and nice service. Cosy location - right by The Museum at Fit.

for dinner we chose haymaker bar and kitchen, that was 1000 feet from the hotel. 3-star venue in new york city. we greatly enjoyed it. located in 30 minutes' drive to the airport.
